| Patients requiring hospice care may approach the hospice themselves or a family member, doctor, social worker or other appropriate person may do so on their behalf. | The Hospice of the Calumet Area in America has partnered with Hospice East Rand. This mutually beneficial relationship fosters intercultural learning between both hospices and creates resource mobilisation for the African programme. | |||
